NEBC ESD 10

Enacted by referendum in November 2025, Burnet County Emergency Services District (ESD) No. 10 encompasses 202.91 square miles in the northeastern portion of Burnet County, including Briggs, Oakalla and the surrounding areas. As a taxing authority, ESD 10 levies property tax for the sole purpose of funding the provision of emergency medical services that provide for the prompt and efficient transportation of sick and injured patients, after necessary stabilization, and to encourage public access to that transportation throughout the service area.
